Every quarter, our team reads every application that comes in. Every quarter, we have to make choices that are harder than anything else we do. And every quarter, we get to make a few calls that change what the next year looks like for a family.

Today I get to share who those calls went to this time.

Congratulations to Alyssa & Justin and Dana & Chandler

Our Q3 2026 grants go to two couples, both pursuing IVF. Alyssa & Justin are in New York. Dana & Chandler are in Alabama.

To Alyssa, Justin, Dana and Chandler: thank you for trusting us with something this personal. We are honored to be a small part of what comes next, and we are cheering for you.

To everyone who applied

If you were not selected this cycle, please hear me. It is not a judgment of your story, and it is not a judgment of you. There are far more families who deserve help than there are grants to give.

New grants are awarded every cycle, and you are welcome to apply again.

Q4 2026 is open now

  • Deadline: December 31, 2026
  • Recipients announced: by January 15, 2027
  • Award: apply for up to $20,000, awarded through application review
  • Every path qualifies: IVF, IUI, surrogacy, adoption, and more
  • Apply: grant.giftofparenthood.org

The application fee is $75, and there are two ways to cover it:

  • Waive it. Raise your first $250 from 2 or more supporters on a free Gift of Parenthood fundraiser and the fee is waived automatically.
  • Split it. Through October 31, pay the $75 as 3 monthly payments of $25.

The fee covers review and administration. It has no effect on how recipients are selected.

One thing I am asking

If you are on this journey, apply. Do not talk yourself out of it because you think someone else needs it more.

If you are not the one applying, you probably know someone who should be. Send them this post. A text with a link is sometimes the whole reason someone finally starts.

Congratulations again to Alyssa & Justin and Dana & Chandler. I hope to read your application this quarter.

From the publisher

You don't have to carry the cost alone.

Gift of Parenthood awards a $20,000 Family Fund grant each cycle and helps families fundraise for IVF, surrogacy, and adoption. If this is your journey, there's a place to start.
