Gift of Parenthood

Our Q2 Grant Cycle Closes June 30. Apply.

Up to $20,000 in fertility grants this cycle. If the cost is what's stopping you, read this.

June 11, 2026

If you have been carrying the cost of trying to become a parent by yourself, I want you to read this all the way through.

Our Q2 grant cycle closes June 30, 2026. We are awarding up to $20,000 in fertility grants to families chosen from this round. The amount each family receives depends on individual need and how many recipients we select. In past cycles we have written grants of $10,000 and $20,000.

Who this is for

Everyone reading this who is trying to build a family. I mean that.

  • Anyone facing a fertility journey
  • LGBTQ+ couples
  • Single parents by choice
  • Married couples
  • IVF, IUI, surrogacy, adoption: every path qualifies
  • US and international applicants are welcome

If you have been told, even quietly, that this kind of help is for somebody else, please hear me. It is for you.

This is real money going to real families

We have awarded over $700,000 in grants so far. Recent recipients include:

  • Chiamaka and Henry in the UK, $10,000 toward IVF after two ectopic pregnancies
  • Emily and Andrew in the US, $10,000
  • Jennifer and Nick in the US, $20,000

I think about them often. I think about what was different the week before they got the news and the week after. The math of a family does not change overnight in many ways, but in one specific way it does. The door opens.

Someone reading this could be the next Chiamaka. The next Emily. The next Jennifer and Nick. Someone reading this could be holding their baby a year from now because they took twenty minutes to apply.

The details

  • Deadline: June 30, 2026
  • Award: Up to $20,000 awarded this cycle, split among selected recipients based on need
  • Application fee: $75, which funds the next cycle so the next family can apply
  • Apply at: giftofparenthood.org/grant

That is it. No tricks, no fine print designed to disqualify you.

What I am asking you to do

If you are on a fertility journey, apply. Do not wait until the last week. Do not talk yourself out of it because you think someone else needs it more. Apply.

If you are not the one applying, you probably know someone who should be. Send them this post. A text with a link is sometimes the entire reason a person finally fills out the form.

And if you are in a position to help fund the next family, you can donate at giftofparenthood.org. Every grant we have ever given started as someone else's decision to give.

June 30 is closer than it looks. I hope to read your application.
